Staying positive and supporting your mental health isn't always easy, especially in today's chaotic world. 

However, with these ten tips, you can stay positive, support your mental health, and work to improve your happiness and quality of life.

1) Get enough sleep

Getting enough sleep is one of the best ways to stay positive and support your mental health. When you get enough sleep, you can think more clearly, are less likely to experience negative moods, and are more likely to feel good about yourself.
